I did not find this movie, but in Jamie Summer's thread there are some comments about it, saying that it really is stunt. Between the 1970s and 1980s, both European and American films had some anal scenes stunted or edited with scenes from other films. If the face and the penetration do not appear at the same time, it is a question of whether the scene is true.
