Getting implants is always a tricky stuff, it might be a good move if the size is appropriate and goes well with the body, it work well on Amelia Talon for instance.
But getting massive implants like Divini is a huge risk, it might suit her well as it did for Courtney Culkin, Kara Monaco, Buffy Tyler or it could be a disaster like Crystal Harris, Anna Nicole Smith, Pamela, Tina Jordan and others.
As for Divini, she wrote a cautionary tale for her alleged daughter in an obscure newspaper, talking about posing for a magazine called "Toys for Boys" and that she was "Toy of the moment" and that when she entered the mansion she saw a girl who was sexually molested and other stuff, she said that not all girls need to sleep with Hefner to become playmates but it is a must for becoming PMOY, a PMOY told me that she didn't do that because he was married at the time but more pertinently is the c-list celebrities that attend mansion parties and take advantage of these girls.
