Her Club International appearance should be in the UK version volume 18 number 9. This is according to an ad in the previous issue.

There are two TLI sets I know of. All the pics I've seen which match the Swank cover have her arm and hand hiding the scar but in the other set it's clearly visible and matches the one on Jessica. Her other features are also a match.
