Checking the settings of my free user-account again, I can confirm that I havenīt enabled "Traffic-Share". I also know that some files from other users do also not have this option enabled.
The fact that I can now download at high speeds from these accounts and from my own as well (even in non-logged-in mode) can only mean that this has nothing to do with the a.m. "Traffic-Share" option.
