Though you could quibble with the Bond Girl title since Never Say Never Again (1983) is not part of the
Eon Productions lineage of Bond films that start with
Dr. No (1962) through to
Spectre (2015) & lacks many of the classic Bond elements like the iconic theme & gun barrel intro.
It is however James Bond fighting SPECTRE in a remake of Ian Fleming's Thunderball.
Kevin McClory had a
dispute over rights to Thunderball story elements that ended in him getting limited rights to certain parts of that story (the reason SPECTRE & Ernst Stavro Blofeld had to vanish from Eon Productions' Bond films until the rights were reacquired around 2013).
