I had quite a lot of scans from Sheila in my archives, but they were made from a very damaged magazine (no it wasn't mine! I bought it!
) Frankly, they didn't look good, so I chose not to include them here, leaving only the most acceptable ones.
Incidentally, I snatched a pristine copy some years ago on eBay, so if ever I got time enough to scan it, I'll update my post.
