No idea who the girl was - or what movie - but have never forgotten the scence:
Camera is locked off looking between some guys legs - he is laying down - never see his face. Girls head is down there staring and talking to the camera - she sucks him off. 1 minute later sucks him to climax again etc etc.
Gets him off about 5 times in 15mins - dont remember it being faked or any cuts but it was a loooooong time ago.
