To me mystery's ID became obvious today, struck me almost like a lightning, without the least doubt. The problem is that there seem to exist extremely few good photos of this girl like those in Swank magazine. All I found online, are stills from videos, such as in her profile on IAFD or on boobpedia. Her own, small thread on VEF does not help much either in that respect, but I did find several more references elsewhere where her name is displayed, and even with bad resolution and quality the faces are always a clear match:

As it turns out, easy to see now from the first pic already, these belong rather here and have even been shot at the same occasion as the layout in Swank!
