Default Mozilla Firefox?

I am having the same issues with Firefox. Every website I visit is giving me the same SSL error message.
Has anyone discovered a fix or can point me in the right direction?
Thank you in advance!

1. Verify Your Computer's Date And Time Is Correct
2. Temporarily Turn Off Antivirus And Internet Security Apps - (i'd leave this till last)
3. Remove System Hosts File Or Restore It To Default
4. Clear SSL State To Fix Err_SSL_Protocol_Error Error
5. Change Your Internet Security And Privacy Level
6. Disable Chrome QUIC Protocol To Fix Err_SSL_Protocol_Error
7. Windows Firewall - Click on Restore Defaults (no pictures)
