Here's another SEAMLESS alternate, also working up from the 3 different original parts/pages.
However, in order to abide to the uploading canons, I had to "un-noise" & reduce it (in size) by half. Again it's still a hefty (~ 1.700 * 3.450 pixels) behemoth of a gatefold that's worth beholding.

And again admirative kudos to "the Mask" !
