Without a doubt an elegant way to reinsert the images into VEF.
However I think it is easier to make a re-post entrusting the task of removing the original post - quoting it - to the Mods.
I have a lot of dead images/sets posted by Apsara, Jorge borg, Zwaik, scooterbc, MoPy (no longer active on the Forum) and I'll start the re-post in case my solution is accepted.
