just hours before they ceased to share files on Sunday
Because i used PayPal, I have just registered a dispute through them
Go to PayPals'
'Resolution Centre' where you will find a dispute form, Give reasons similar to those I have described here
Quote the sale of goods act 1979 and that the contract has fallen short of being:
1. as described
2. of satisfactory quality
3. or fit for the purpose it was intended
then this page appears, It says the seller is unable to respond it now goes to an
'Escalate to a claim' form.
Select your reason from the pull down menu and let them deal with it
see what happens next, I'll post to this thread if I hear anything
