I saw this as a caption to another pic while doing a search on Marguerite:
"Screen star Rita Hayworth, whose Titian tresses have brought her the title of America's number one redhead. The selection was made by the Coiffure Creation Council who pointed out that Rita's hair is luxurious, healthy-looking, provocative and, of course exceedingly feminine. Adele Jergens was named number one blonde and Marguerite Chapman, number one brunette."
Ironically, the photo was in black and white.
