Just musing a bit here but might there be an outside chance it's a promo shot or alternate cut of the movie lead Ann Turkel? As far as I know she's never done nude but does have a few cheesecake shots/scenes from about that period in time. Also, while the director of Humanoids From the Deep wanted a pretty clean movie it's purported Corman shot the naughty scenes and snuck them into the final cut.
