As Fred wrote in his post, that issue of Mayfair (32-07, 1997) called her Janie Jenner, here's part of the toc thanks to inversions.
That name does not turn up on e.g. imdb's info. for Brookside, but then it's surely unsurprising if a model used a different name from their acting career? I've never watched that show but I'd imagine her role (barmaid) was fairly insignificant. The fact she needed to also model may support that.
