Here's a quick, down and dirty way to do it.

Right click in an open space on whichever page you are viewing.......go to ImageHost Grabber.....host file editor....click on modify hostf servers in the lower right....double click the host file that shows in the dialog box, and you can edit at will. Then, just save your changes.

After changing it from .com, to .eu with this method, you should get the updated host file the next time you use it.
