Roughnecks ran on BBC1 for two series from 1994-1995 (13 episodes). It was about the lives of the crew of a North Sea oil rig. Ashley Jensen was the student daughter of one of the rigworkers and ended up marrying another of them (Liam Cunningham, who is the man with her in all the sex scenes)
She was topless in episodes 4, 5 & 6 of series 1:

For completeness, the only other female nudity in the series was from
Teresa Banham who played a mechanic on the rig. Her topless scene was in the first episode of series 1.
