To answer my own question....

pixhost.to is the only site which seems to have a real API and also allows large image uploads. I skipped even checking sites that limit a single digit MB per image, with the caveat I did check pixxxels because 8 is close enough. Most of my galleries average image is around 2 MB, but I have some UBER high res ones have around 10 MB.

My negative with pixhost is that there is no account, so I can't manage the galleries after the fact. Nor could I delete a gallery if I choose to.

The other problem is that I can't find any contact resource except for abuse. If we think we had little time from imagebam, do you think we're going to get any warning from a site that you can't contact if they decide to shut up shop?
