A little more on Hans Larsson aka Rupert Daines.

Annette Kirkwood in Penthouse, 1975-01, photog. by Hans Larsson, thanks to howmer.

A different model but the exact same setting & chair. Yes, it looks like the top rail of the balcony is missing but I think it's just been (mostly) cropped. Something very like the grey rough plaster wall below also featured in Annette Kirkwood's pictorial.
Christina (Chris) Caroline Cossens, claimed to be from Denmark, in Mayfair 10-07, 1975-07, photog. not credited, thanks to croitear. NB, although many Mayfair models were claimed to be from the UK when we have clear evidence they were not, I tend to find it slightly more believable when a mag. claims a model is "foreign"-born, although there is also the possibility for an "exoticism" angle rather than the more frequent "naturalisation" one.

edit: I've since found unrelated sets of Margaretha Akerberg from Lektyr (Swe) in 1971 here and Anita Fredin from Lektyr (Swe) no.41, 1972 here, both credited to Hans Larsson, which at least for now are the earliest known dates for his work. Larsson was also credited for covers & models in Genesis from 1973-09 & 1973-10, i.e. 2nd and 3rd issues of that mag.
