I once saw a French President, shorter than me, fatter than me wearing a very expensive suit that still made him fat. He had a gorgeous woman behind him and the Frenchman I was talking too said, 'There he is with another tart paid for by the French people'. I said that I was surprised that he would walk in public with a tart but my friend said that she was not a professional merely a civil servant who was willing to trade morals for a place on the presidents arm.
