NOT using the "WINDOWS Defender" - this Tool isn't that bad for basics, but if you're updating it through WINDOWS update it wont run itself
Fifth:
Let's have a cup(or some cups more) of your favourite drink - this update-progress will take some time(MICROSOFT

As you may know you can unmark unneeded updates - but have an eye out for MICROSOFT-tactics of re-appearing
