Definitely Persia. There were a lot of great ones in the 80's too like Andrea Sutton and Shauna/Shana Evans that are rarely mentioned nowadays. Toi would definitely be up there too. Angel Cruz and Charisma deserve mention but they seem more Latin to my mind. (La Tina also in there somewhere) And of course, the two big names (EA and JP)
