Do you mean watching them,or uploading to a filehost?

Imgbox and Imagebam have a limit of 10MB for Gifs,so I don´t think you

can upload larger ones there,I can´t cause I´ve tried.

Maybe some other filehost can provide you with larger MB space for Gifs.
