I believe it's a scene from the film 'Sexual Education 2' released by VTO. The catalogue number is 1093. Georgina does a HC poolscene with Mike Horner. The cover can be seen
here.
Sexual Education 2 hasn't appeared on the torrents as far as I know (although it could be on some private tracker somewhere...).
The other major Georgina film that has never appeared is Knüllermilch, which has also never appeared on the torrents, although her scenes are available on the ByGone Media Georgina Lempin compilation Vol 2.
