If you are posting that because you have such a case I highly recommend hiring a property manager. Mine is great in such a case. They have all the connections for any thing that comes up including lawyers and law enforcement.

Not sure where you live Cuzz but after an eviction they turn any arrears over to a bill collector.
I know XYZ---- would think that is horrible but it is an unfortunate fact of life.
