This pictorial appeared in the Italian mag Men in 1967.

There appears to be a hint in the article about acting (I don't understand Italian enough to make fully sense of it). Anyway, she might be actress/model Siw Mattson - comparing the pictorial with confirmed pics of Ms Mattson makes me to take a firm seat on the fence regarding that question.

But perhaps someone here can settle the issue whether she is Siw Mattson - and if not then who else?
