Sorry to answer this after so long, but your memory is correct. Bob Guccione and Ken Russell had a legal row over a proposed Penthouse production of 'Moll Flanders'. They showed a couple of short sections from screen tests and one of them was, I thought, Louise English. And yes, she was naked!
It seems to be this programme, but there isn't a lot of information to go on.
