EDIT: Video Trim was recommended to me, but that site is infected with malware; AVG detected it on download before I got around to opening it, I sent it to quarantine, and on Googling I found that numerous files from that site (x2xsoft.com) have been infected with malware. Do NOT download anything from that site.

VLC (Videolan) has this facility and you probably already have this program installed. |
