It is not speculation to say host servers are the parameter. I was almost intimidated by warning of x0x0 minutes, etc. if I did not buy "Gold." What I do see is the wait time for next one as function of what the slow time was supposed to be. For short clips not too bad. Selling
gold is their business.

I see a grid of par times for a few popular regions that UL's could consult.
Asterisks, etc. as required. You can't cover Antartica & Equitorial Guinea, etc..
