They are re-showing the 1977-78 series of The New Avengers on ITV4 and id forgotten how astonishingly stunning Joanna Lumley was then. The series seemed to use her just as a clothes horse and its odd looking at the fashions then. Intersesting to see how stockings were just coming back into mainstream fashion but bras were still the very soft unpadded almost vest like. Many women including Joanna go bra-less thrusting pointy nipples everywhere. No sign of the forthcoming boom in padding and wonderbras.
