While I've thought that many of the PMOY's were deserving, the only one I've ever agreed with over the years was Donna Edmondson in 1986. The people I thought really deserved it each year were:
1980 - Gig Gangel (although Terri Welles was a close second for me)
1981 - Karen Price
1982 - Kimberly McArthur (I rate Marianne Gravatte third behind Cathy St. George)
1983 - Alana Soares
1984 - Roberta Vasquez (although I think Karen Velez was second that year)
1985 - Pamela Saunders
1986 - Only year I agreed with the pick (see above)
1987 - Sharry Konopski
1988 - Shannon Long
1989 - Tawnni Cable (I put Renee Tenison 4th that year)
1990 - Kerri Kendall (I put Lisa Matthews 3rd that year)
1991 - Cheryl Bachman
1992 - Tylyn John
1993 - Julianna Young (I put Jenny McCarthy 3rd behind Kimberly Donley)
1994 - Shae Marks
1995 - Donna D'Errico (but I think Stacey Sanches is second that year)
1996 - Shauna Sand (I put Victoria Silvstedt 3rd behind Karin Taylor as well)
1997 - Kalin Olson (I put Karen McDougal 3rd behind Lynn Thomas)

2011 - Sasha Bonilova (although I'd put Jaclyn Swedberg a solid second that year)
2012 - Leola Bell (although I'd put Raquel Pomplun as a solid second)
Stopped following them after 2012.
