While they die awaiting treatment we annually spend $113 billion on illegal immigration alone as of 2013, I'm certain this cost has not gone down since. This is spent on those who by definition don't care about our laws.
The budget for the VA is $186billion, add that $113 billion to it and we just might get a viable VA.

Meanwhile the homeless and mentally ill are in our streets because we can't afford care and housing for them either. I could go on and on.

Meanwhile we indulge in the lunacy of deficit spending, adding to the $20 trillion of our national debt. This is unsustainable and that 113bn would sure help that too.

We simply cannot afford illegal and/or mass immigration by those we will have to support.
