Why is Susan Bales an insufficient/unsatisfactory name?
If we're "lucky" we'll dredge up a second 2-part name & then need to wait for a "tie-breaker".

would be nice to find her TLI name, but that's still just a photog. catalogue rather than the wider publication of a mag. High Society's average monthly US circulation in 1980-12 was 443,142--that's averaged across I think a 6-month floating sample/period.
