Changes since 1.12 - thumbnails are downloaded if the download of the image fails. The thumbnail is named 'thumb_.NNNNNN', where NNNNN is the last part (identifier) of the image page URL. In these cases the real filename is not available.
- ImageBam puts links to amazonws on images pages where the image is not available. Links to amazonws are now skipped and the thumbnail is downloaded (see previous item)
