It's actually from Diamond Collection 6, not #7. The scene is titled "Light My Fire" and it doesn't appear to be an original loop released on 8mm film, or at least it's not in any of the Diamond loop catalogs we've seen.
It's the final scene on DC #6, and you can see the title screen and a few frames with Susan and Peter at the end of goldenfinge's screencaps in the quote below. His download link for the full compilation is still working, btw. (Click the little blue arrow at top of quote to go to the original post.)
