To sum up, anything you say about yourself must be taken as the truth, because who would know best? Anyone that disputes it must provide concrete proof, or they're lying.

Conversely, anything you say about someone else is a bald-faced lie, unless you can provide concrete proof to back up your claim.

If you can't prove it, you're wrong. If you won't prove it, that is proof you're lying.
