Yep, some actresses are always clean shaven and then a “mistake”, you catch a glimpse of hair. 
BTW, I’ve just watched “Summertime Blue” (1978) with Serena, she sports armpit hair in her two scenes with John Holmes. The producers are forbidden on VEF so no screencaps.
