Notes
Nr. is CC number with leading zero, but cover may not be CC version.
Sound / Length / Year are missing. Please see list on
page 11 instead.
Cover: a = front, b = back, ab = front & back, c/d = inside box cover.
I save all the box cover pics I find, so there are some duplicates.
The archive has 48 of 66 known covers in CC series (301-364, 103, 105).
