Dita von Teese?
 
found this image years ago within a selection of Dita's images but was never convinced that it's her. maybe photoshopped boobs, but even then i just see a resemblance with her chin, not with the entire face..
Mod Edit: we now know that she's not Dita von Teese so we need to find out who she is.
