Beutelwolf suggests the following cover might feature Annette Johnson. I think he may well be right--good spotting
--although her appearance in this thread does vary with heavy makeup, changes in weight, etc. I am, however, also still open to PMs from others advising otherwise? NB, not my scan so I can't do anything about the relatively low quality of this image.
