Henry Silva. Also played Killer Kane in the pilot for
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century and was in
Ocean's 11 (both versions),
The Manchurian Candidate, Green Mansions and the previously mentioned
Johnny Cool. He played Dick Tracy-villain Influence in 1990's
Dick Tracy.
