Lydia Lunch (born June 2 1959 as Lydia Koch in Rochester (New York) is an US-American singer, poet and actress.
She established 1977 Jesus ephemeral, though influential No Wave-Band Teenage & The Jerks. She started a solo-career after it and among other things did Rowland S. Howard, Michael Gira, The Birthday party with J. G. Thirlwell (fetus), Kim Gordon, the collapsing reconstructions and the skin together.
In addition she played along in some Underground-Filmen and gives also Spoken Word-ideas
