What is not clear to me is whether the text on the cover of Mayfair means there was a pictorial of her inside, or not. BobL seems to say so, but it's not clear to me which post he's referring to. Was the pictorial from King magazine that angler12 discusses, which I presume is shown in the post by 3044biggles01, perhaps simply reprinted in Mayfair?

Can anyone clarify? Was there a pictorial of Anita Harris in that issue of Mayfair, and was she also the cover model?
