You start using an older version of flash and your asking for a malware infection

Their only upgraded because the older version is now exploited by the flash kits you can buy on the dark web.

Maybe resorting to an older browser that hasnt been made to block flash the only way
ahead given -

Many browsers are in the phase of blocking flash permanently
Once the uptake to html5 has reached a decent level it will be goodbye

Mozilla blocks all versions of Adobe Flash in Firefox (temporarily blocking versions)
full block coming sometime in 2017

I suspect many sites are now changing to become html5 compatible

A gaming site i use that was pretty much all flash now has the option to hide the few flash games they still carry
