Exxtreme, Part 7.
The only place I can find that is presently selling it is MovieExpress, going through Jeedoo.
I have purchased items through Jeedoo several times and never had a problem with any of the final sellers.
Warning though, Exxtreme, Part 7 is dubbed completely in German.
DorcelVision has the movie as a VOD under the title
Sarah : The Villa Of All Vices. It is in English/natural language, but does have black bars on the sides because it is in a 16:9 instead of 4:3 aspect ratio. It also has a large watermark.
