There is an uncredited Cheryl Ladd body double called Sally Davis. She was on Baywatch a few times. If you notice the picture, the naked swimmer has very red hair and so does Sally Davis (below). Cheryl's shots during the scenes are closeups of her face. Clearly, the boat jumper has blonde hair like Cheryl. Guessing that Cheryl did jump into the water but body double did the backshot nude swimming scenes around the reefs.

I once had a fairly good vhs copy of the episode. When zooming in I was certain she was wearing a skin colored body suit when she jumped off the boat.
