Sounds like you might be thinking of "Pro-Ball Cheerleaders". If so, the scene you're thinking of is John Seeman and Lisa Lisa DeLeeuw (as Lisa De Leeuw). Candida Royalle turns in a scorching girl-girl (she's on the business end of a strap-on), and a nice scene with Johnny Keyes.
If this isn't the right film, it's worth a look anyway.
