Others may have better suggestions but off the top of my head: narrow the scope of your search. You'll still only get 500 max results, but if you're only searching a sub-section of vef (or single thread) then you'll have more chance of snaffling all your posts from there... depending on how prolific you've been, of course.
Also you can try filtering your searches by date--i.e. work through periods/eras of your posts, in a given section?
