I may have the girl in a page or 2 from Lips Magazine, but no ID.
If it's her, I've been looking for more of her for almost 20 years.

This vendor presents the magazine as a UK publication from the 1980's.

Color Climax #83 should be from 1975, but I do not see a copy of it in the VEF thread. Other versions of #83 are available on-line with a different cover, and I'm not sure if they are the same publication.
