She was born in June 1961.

She was the U.S. edition Playmate of the Month in October 1979, when she was 18.

She was the German edition Playmate of the Month in December 1977, when she was 16. Not sure if that was legal in Germany back then. It might have been.

It was legal, because in german edittion she doesn't show her pussy. But she needs a special permission from the youth welfare office.

Got a few clips of the lovely Ursula to add to the thread, but, further to the comments above, in German Playboy (her first appearance anywhere I think) her DoB was listed as 8 June 1960, not 1961. Here's the page:
